Refund

we value all our customers and thrive to provide the best customer satisfaction. We are dedicated to providing a fair and practical refund policy. We kindly ask for your co-operation in order to provide the highest level of customer service.

Note: We highly encourage our customers to contact us at 1-844-678-0007 before you contact your credit card company.

If you have contacted your credit card company before contacting us.it may delay your refund process and impede any further services to you because we have to coordinate with the credit card company to resolve the issue. We have a 30-day money-back policy with the following terms and conditions. For Annual Plans / Personal Technician Plans, 100 percent of the plan price will be refunded, if claimed within 30 calendar days of subscribing to the plan. The refund policy is not applicable for per incidence plans No refund after 30 calendar days of subscribing to the plan.

Refunds are based on your services plan as follows:

All one year Solo plan

In the event, Technico Online Services is not able to resolve the issue and you request a refund within 7 days from the date of purchase you will be entitled to a refund amount equivalent to:

Refund = Total amount– 20% of amount paid

If you request a refund after 30 days from the date of purchase or we have resolved one or more issues, you will not be entitled to a refund Notwithstanding the foregoing Technico Online Services at its sole discretion and on a case-by-case basis, agree to provide support.

one time fix(Ultimate), All one year Family plan

In the event, Technico Online Services is not able to resolve the initial issue and you request a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase, you will be entitled to a refund amount equivalent to:

Refund = amount paid – 20% amount paid

Software product

For any software products purchased through the Technico online services, you will be entitled to a refund if you request the refund within 30 days from the date of purchase of the software equivalent to:

Refund = amount paid – 20% of amount paid

Bundle package with service plan and software product

For bundle packages purchase that includes service plan and software, you will be entitled to a refund if you request the refund within 30 days from the date of purchase of the software equivalent to:

Refund = Total amount paid – solo plan fee – software product price(if activated) – 20% total amount paid

  1. AUTHORIZATION TO ACCESS YOUR COMPUTER; MONITORING OF THE SERVICES AND PHONE CALLS

You acknowledge that by Your use of the Services You are authorizing support@technicoonlineservices.com to access and control Your computer or device (collectively “Device”) for the purposes of diagnosis, service, and repair.

In connection with delivering the Services, support@technicoonlineservices.com may download and use software, gather system data, take remote control of Your Device, and access or modify Your Device settings. By accepting these Terms, You hereby grant support@technicoonlineservices.com the right to connect to Your Device, download and use the software on Your Device to gather system data, repair Your Device, and take remote control of Your Device and change the settings on Your Device while performing the Services. Other than as set forth in the warranty section below, You agree that Support.com has no responsibility or liability under any circumstance at any time for any loss or harm that may arise from or may be related to the Services.

We may, but have no obligation to, monitor and record the Services, including telephone calls and online sessions for purposes of improving customer service, internal training, and internal market research. You hereby grant permission to support@technicoonlineservices.com to monitor and record the Services including phone calls and to use or disclose any information as necessary or appropriate to satisfy any law, regulation, or another governmental request; to provide the Services to You and Our Users; to protect ourselves and/or Our Users, and to enhance the types of Services We may provide to You in the future. You also grant support@technicoonlineservices.com permission to combine Your information with that of others in a way that does not identify You or any individual personally to improve the Services, for training, for marketing and promotional purposes, and for other business purposes. Please see Our Privacy Policy for further details.

We may, but have no obligation to, monitor and/or review all materials posted to the Site or through the Site’s services or features by third parties, and We are not responsible for any such materials posted by third parties. We are not responsible for any failure to monitor, review and/or delete any materials posted to the Site or through the Site’s services or features by third parties. However, We reserve the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary or advisable to satisfy any law, regulation, or government request; and to edit, to refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, that, in Our sole discretion, is or are in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
